Behind The Scenes of PorterGirl

This is how the dashing Paul Butterworth and I plan our projects. Expect some bad language, references to suspect practices and general nonsense. But don’t worry – we do keep our clothes on.

Reading your posts is like being given the key to a large treasure chest where you can only retrieve one gem at a time… What a delight! Léa

Oh, thank you so much! What an absolutely wonderful description 🙂 I think this is my favourite thing anyone has ever said about my blog 🙂

Well thank you! Now if you would only get the book out there! 😉 You shameless tease… Back to work now as while I am reading your book I can enjoy myself knowing you will have another gem waiting. 🙂

The book will be out on 1st September! 😀 There will be an official announcement on the blog soon, but thought I’d just whisper it to you now 😉

OF COURSE, I WOULDN’T SAY A WORD ABOUT THE RELEASE… Can I wait that long? Alas, the summer has been rushing away so fast but at last there is something on the horizon. 🙂

It is not too long to wait, my friend 🙂 It will be here before you know it!

Then it shall be on the head of Porter Girl to cheer me up. I always miss the summer until it returns again only to slip away too fast… 🙂 What about pre-orders? Can you tell I really want to read this? 🙂

You are so sweet! It will be on pre-order, but I don’t have a date for that yet. I really appreciate your enthusiasm! I hope you are getting some nice weather where you are, it has been quite wonderful here for a few days now! Maybe there will be a summer after all! 😀

“Glorious summer here Honeychurch!” Room With A View. But seriously, I really have a very good feeling about the book and will be most anxious to read it.
It is fantastic and perhaps I shall be forced off to the beach this afternoon? 🙂

I do hope you enjoy it – I just hope it won’t be a disappointment! 😮
Going to the beach sounds like a fabulous idea – enjoy!

Have no worries. My intuition rarely gives me incorrect signals. 🙂
The beach is always an excellent idea! I shall wait a bit as after 4pm the tourists go back to the hotel to shower, have a rest before going out for dinner. The beach won’t be crowded and parking a breeze! 😉
