I really wasn’t expecting this…
Apart from plugging my new book, PorterGirl: First Lady Of The Keys, I am beavering away with my new project, Who Shot Tony Blair? We will be filming the main trailer for the homepage on Saturday 27th August 2016 and we want YOU to be a part of it!
Any Cabinet members free on this date and able to make it to central Cambridge will be very welcome to join in and take your rightful place beside the Prime Minister in the corridors of power. I realise that the Cabinet is quite an international affair, with many of you hailing from Europe and the States, and as much as I would love to have you all present, I simply don’t have the budget for air fares. Anyone languishing somewhat closer to the proposed new British capital of Cambridge is cordially invited to come along.
Filming is generally quite monotonous and repetitive, but we will be in a super swanky central Cambridge location and there will be a bar. So it won’t be that bad. We should only require a few hours of your time, unless you have sudden theatrical ambitions, in which case I will be happy to write a bigger part for you. If you are not a Cabinet member, but have nothing better to do, get in touch anyway – the more the merrier.
Please send expressions of interest to me at firstname.lastname@example.org
This is how the dashing Paul Butterworth and I plan our projects. Expect some bad language, references to suspect practices and general nonsense. But don’t worry – we do keep our clothes on.
