Thank you dear Lucy. I gave high hopes that I will not get a piece a
Of coal again this year !”)

finally, the history of the dastardly hat! 😀
And it is a dastard isn’t it!
Hell hath no fury like a hatmaker’s mother scorned by proxy 😉
I do hope you find a way to prevent it from having a more dastarly future…or possibly donate it to a foe…

I am rather thinking that I might enjoy writing about the bloody and violent history of the hat, all the way up to the point it comes to be upon our dear Professor’s head, what do you think? Perhaps he should give it to The Dean! 😉

      To hear the tales of
      a dashing dastardly hat
      Anticipation

I think they would be marvelous!! I would love to read them.
Maybe a loan to the dean for purposes of shenanigans but not true dastardity!

there should be more words with “dastard” in them…

(loving the haiku to many deaths)
I feel the hat has a colourful history and I would like to write something really violent for a change – haha!
Dastard is brilliant. I think I shall name my first born Dastard 😉

Oooh yes, it would certainly have to be violent! Dastardly deeds should be dripping in violence!

If you name your first born Dastard, he (or she?) will have to have a dog called Mutt and they will be forever chasing pigeons…for some reason…

      Quite right! I suppose it could be a boy’s or a girl’s name, really…
Catch the pigeon, catch the pigeon… catch that pigeon NOW! (If I could work out how to write down Muttley’s laugh I would type it here)

Yes, I had exactly the same problem…
I just googled it and the interweb is no help!
I did learn that muttley has the same birthday as me though, which is interesting!

Pah to the interweb! Bloody useless 🙂
My, that is a thing. What a claim to fame!

I know! I feel the need to incorporate it into something forthwith!

You must! It’s the coolest thing 🙂
